Large gear ring parts
The large gear ring component is an important transmission part for wind power, engineering machinery reducers, as well as large equipment such as heavy-duty trucks and construction vehicles. Before 2008, the maximum length of large cutters that could be produced domestically did not exceed 2000mm, and the machining of large gear rings generally required 2-3 cutters, which was labor-intensive, time-consuming, and difficult to guarantee accuracy.
In 2008, we manufactured the first domestically produced large gear ring with a diameter of approximately 240mm and a length of approximately 2850mm, allowing for one-time cutting and shaping of large gear rings that previously required 2-3 large cutters. Greatly improving work efficiency and better ensuring machining accuracy.
Technical Features
The assembly design of the split structure of the puller consists of a hollow coarse toothed cutter body, a same profile expanded tooth precision puller sleeve, and other components, which reduces the weight of the puller while ensuring the accuracy of the tooth profile;
The zipper has obtained 2 invention patents and 1 utility model patent authorization during the development process, and has independent intellectual property rights for the core technology of the zipper;
We use fully imported equipment for processing to ensure that the precision of the factory cutting tool is qualified.

Comparison with international enterprises
It has been more than 12 years since the first oversized zipper was made, and we have continuously accumulated and improved. Currently, the maximum diameter of the one-time molded oversized zipper that can be produced is 350mm, and the maximum length is 3000mm.
