Material of rack and pinion puller

The rack and pinion cutter adopts high-performance cobalt containing high-speed steel, powder high-speed steel materials, and advanced cutter coating technology, greatly improving the service life of the rack and pinion cutter and enhancing the cost-effectiveness of the cutter;

Rack and pinion cutter structure

The rack and pinion cutting tool adopts a multi combination cutting scheme, dividing the cutting tools into coarse cutting tools, semi precision cutting tools, and precision cutting tools. The cutting parts and cutting amounts of each cutting tool are reasonably arranged to improve the overall service life of the tool;

The rack and pinion cutter adopts advanced measurement technology to detect the tooth profile size and drum shape change of the cutter, ensuring that the tooth profile meshing of the workpiece is within the required range.
